Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Walking vs Fighting ("the App"), published by Guy Levi ("the Developer"). By installing or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The game
The App is a free arcade fighting game. It has no accounts, no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no user-generated content. Your progress is stored only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or extract the App's assets except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
Fair use of ONLINE VS
The optional ONLINE VS mode relays matches between two phones through our servers. You agree not to:
- disrupt, overload, or attack the relay service, or access it with anything other than the App;
- exploit bugs, tamper with match traffic, or otherwise cheat against another player;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access to ONLINE VS to protect the service or other players.
Intellectual property
The App, its characters, art, names, code, and sounds belong to the Developer. These Terms give you no ownership of any of it.
No warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from defects. ONLINE VS may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App. The Developer's total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to USD $10 or the amount you paid for the App (which is zero), whichever is greater.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The Developer may terminate this license if you breach these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, no warranty, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Changes
The Developer may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this address with its date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
