Walking vs FightingBack to the game

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Walking vs Fighting ("the App") handles information. The App is published by Guy Levi ("the Developer").

Short version

Walking vs Fighting has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs, and we never sell or share your data. Everything you play is stored on your own device.

The single exception is the optional ONLINE VS mode. If — and only if — you choose to play online, the App opens a connection to a match relay so two phones can play each other. That connection necessarily exposes your device's IP address to our hosting provider, and passes gameplay messages between the two players. Nothing about your match is stored after it ends, and no accounts or personal profiles are involved.

What the App stores on your device

To make the game work, the App saves gameplay data only on your device using local WebView storage:

This information is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is not accessible to the Developer. You can erase it at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

ONLINE VS: what is sent, and to whom

ONLINE VS is opt-in. It runs only after you tap ONLINE and either create a room or enter a room code. If you never use it, the App makes no network connections at all.

While an online match is being set up or played, the following is sent over an encrypted (wss://) connection to our relay service:

We do not send your nickname, your local records, your device identifiers, your contacts, your location, or any advertising identifier.

Who processes it

The relay runs on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects (Cloudflare, Inc.), acting as our hosting provider and processor. Cloudflare handles the connection and processes network metadata, including IP addresses, in line with its own privacy practices.

How long it is kept

Who can join your match

A room code is a shared secret, not an authenticated invitation: anyone who has your room code can join that room until it fills or expires. Share codes only with people you intend to play. Rooms hold two players; a third connection is refused.

Permissions

The App does not request access to your storage, contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

Children's privacy

The App has no accounts, no chat, no user-generated content, and no advertising. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The content is cartoon, non-realistic fighting. Note that ONLINE VS lets a child play against another person who has the room code, but the two players cannot exchange text, voice, or images — only game inputs.

Third parties and data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. The only third party involved is Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the ONLINE VS relay as described above. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, or tracking SDKs embedded in the App.

Your rights

Because the App keeps your gameplay data on your device and the relay retains nothing after a match, there is normally no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want to exercise a right under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a similar law, contact us at the address below and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If the App changes what it collects or transmits, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration before that change takes effect.
